TASTING NOTES
Colour: Ruby red with garnet highlights
Nose: Complex with fruity hints of almond and berries, notes of cinnamon, liquorice, spices and toasted
Palate: Dry, rightly acid and tannic, full bodied and velvety body if aged
Food pairings: The elegance of the aromas and the moderate tannins allow a combination with red meat dishes, cheeses and game
Serving conditions: Cork a short while before serving. Serve at 18-20 °C in Nebbiolo glasses. Distributed in 750 mL and 1500 mL bottles
Vintage: 2015 was a year with a favorable climate with humidity rates slightly above the seasonal average. The high quality of the grapes has therefore made it possible to obtain a product of unexceptionable quality
